プライバシーポリシー

iOSアプリ「実寸マップ」（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者の情報の扱いについて説明します。

本アプリが集める情報

本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を集めません。開発者のサーバーはなく、アカウントの登録やログインもありません。広告、アクセス解析、トラッキングの仕組みも使っていません。

位置情報

  • 本アプリが位置情報を使うのは、利用者が「現在地へ」ボタンを押したときだけです。取得した位置は、地図の中心をその場所へ移すためだけに端末の中で使い、保存も送信もしません。
  • バックグラウンドでは位置情報を使いません。
  • 位置情報の利用を許可しなくても、「現在地へ」以外の機能はすべて使えます。許可は、端末の「設定」アプリからいつでも変更できます。

通信

本アプリが行う通信は、Appleの地図サービス（MapKit）による次の2つだけです。Appleによる情報の扱いは、Appleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

  • 背景地図の読み込み：表示している地域の地図データがAppleから送られてきます。
  • 場所の検索：「場所を検索」で入力した文字が、候補と場所を探すためにAppleに送られます。開発者には送られず、本アプリも検索した内容を保存しません。

地図に重ねる物差しのデータ（山手線の線形や、古墳・公園・建物の外形。OpenStreetMap由来）はアプリに同梱しており、実行中にダウンロードすることはありません。

TestFlightでのテストについて

TestFlightでテスト版を使う場合、Appleは、テスターが送ったフィードバックやスクリーンショット、クラッシュの記録、端末とOSの種類などを開発者に提供します。これらはAppleの仕組みによるもので、本アプリが独自に集めるものではありません。開発者は、受け取った情報を不具合の修正とアプリの改善のためだけに使います。

ActualSizeMap Privacy Policy

  • No personal data collected. ActualSizeMap has no developer server, no account or login, and no advertising, analytics, or tracking.
  • Location. The app uses your location only when you tap the "現在地へ" (current location) button, to move the map center there on your device. Your location is never stored or sent anywhere. The app does not use location in the background. All other features work without location permission.
  • Network. The app communicates only with Apple's MapKit services, which are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy: loading background maps, and place search (the text you type into "場所を検索" (search for a place) is sent to Apple to find suggestions and places; it is not sent to the developer, and the app does not store your searches). The ruler data (the Yamanote line and the outlines of tombs, parks, and buildings, from OpenStreetMap) is bundled with the app and is not downloaded at runtime.
  • TestFlight. When you test a beta through TestFlight, Apple provides the developer with the feedback, screenshots, and crash reports you submit, and your device and OS type. These are used only to fix bugs and improve the app.
